Services, payment deadlines and cancellation periods contained in the subscription as well as changes in the subscription

• The subscription ensures that you can always work with the latest version of A-Plan and that you receive preferred support with guaranteed response times and, in the case of the Premium subscription, can also make use of our telephone hotline.
• The subscriptions (price list) contain the most recent version of A-Plan that can be downloaded from our website (go to Download), guaranteed response times if you need support and phone support in the service level "Premium" (see Service Levels).
• The subscription generally holds for 12 months and automatically extends to another year if it isn't cancelled at least 30 days before the end of the 12 month period through the e-mail address service@braintool.com. The minimum duration of the subscription is 24 months. In the event of cancellation, the conditions specified for the purchase model apply from expiry.
• The amount of licenses can be reduced at least 30 days before expiration. The renewal then refers to the reduced number of licenses and correspondingly lower subscription costs will be charged.
• Switching to a higher version or purchasing more licenses is possible at any time. As soon as you upgrade, you will be charged the respectively higher subscription costs. When you switch to a higher version during the timeframe of your subscription, you will have to pay the proportionally higher cost until the subscription expires.
• The fee will be charged annually in advance. If you choose to pay every two years, you will receive a discount of 20% on the prices that are listed under "Price List".
