• The purchase model allows the use of the software A-Plan for an unlimited period of time. It includes patches (= bugfixed versions), but no updates, i.e. new versions with e.g. improved handling or new functions. You therefore decide whether you want to license a new version for a fee or whether you want to continue working with your existing functionality (for the time being) and only change later.
• The update costs are 70% of the current prices for the initial licensing (see price list below).
• The change to a higher version or a larger number of licenses is possible at any time. In this case, you pay the difference to the higher-value version or the license fees for the additional licenses specified in the price list.
• Multiuser licenses allow simultaneous access of several users to the central planning data, which is stored on a network server for this purpose. This ensures that all users always have access to the current planning status.
• The licenses are "named users", i.e. a license is required for each user - even if the users do not use the program simultaneously. They are therefore not "floating" licenses.
• However, the program can be used by the licensed users on different computers (e.g. on an office computer and a notebook) without requiring additional licenses.
